1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and jl5jl (hereinafter "jl5jl", "we", "us", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the website located at jl5jl.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content provided thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

jl5jl operates as a duly licensed online gaming platform under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All operations on the Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations, the Republic Act No. 9487 (amending Presidential Decree 1869), and all applicable Philippine laws including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl5jl Platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Platform"

The jl5jl website at jl5jl.cam, including all pages, game lobbies, account management functions, payment interfaces, live dealer studios, promotional systems, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.

"Account"

A registered user profile created on the Platform by an eligible individual, granting access to real-money gaming services, financial transactions, and associated features offered by jl5jl.

"Real Money Wager"

Any bet, stake, or game entry placed using funds held in a Player's jl5jl account balance, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

"Bonus Funds"

Non-withdrawable credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or promotional balances credited to a Player's account by jl5jl subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law, involving submission and verification of government-issued identification documents.

"Prohibited Person"

Any individual who is under 21 years of age; is located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited; is a current employee or affiliate of jl5jl; or has been subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory bar from Philippine gaming establishments.

"GCash / PayMaya"

Philippine-registered e-wallet payment services operated by Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) and Maya Philippines, Inc. respectively, used as primary deposit and withdrawal channels on the Platform.

3 Eligibility Requirements

Access to real-money gaming services on the jl5jl Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is set by PAGCOR regulation and is non-negotiable. jl5jl enforces mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts before any real-money wager is permitted.
2. Residency and Legal Access: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is lawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is legal in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Individuals under legal guardianship or those lacking contractual capacity are ineligible.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You confirm that you are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from the Platform or from Philippine gaming establishments through PAGCOR's self-exclusion programme or through jl5jl's internal exclusion tools.
6. Single Account Holding: You must not currently hold, nor have previously held, any other active or suspended jl5jl account.

4 Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming services on jl5jl, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information requested for KYC purposes.

You agree and warrant that:

• All registration information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change after registration;
• You will not allow any third party to access or operate your jl5jl account under any circumstances;
• You will keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential and will notify jl5jl immediately at the contact details in Section 15 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• You will submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested as part of the KYC process. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, Philsys national ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID.

jl5jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where verification cannot be completed, where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or altered, or where the account holder is found to be ineligible. jl5jl further reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time in compliance with PAGCOR and AML requirements.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the jl5jl Platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, InstaPay, PESONet, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, and M Lhuillier, subject to availability of each channel at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by jl5jl, though individual payment channels may enforce their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the jl5jl account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are credited within one business hour. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to two hours to reflect.
• jl5jl does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified jl5jl account. This is a firm anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — one to two hours; bank transfer — up to twenty-four hours; over-the-counter — up to forty-eight hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or in cases where jl5jl's fraud detection systems have flagged a transaction for review. jl5jl will notify affected players and provide a resolution timeline.
• jl5jl does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment channel. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jl5jl offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotions are governed by the following general conditions, supplemented by specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of fifteen (15) times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and fishing arcade titles may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• jl5jl reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will retain that bonus subject to its existing terms at the time of claim.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.

7 Gameplay Rules and Integrity

All games available on the jl5jl Platform operate according to published game rules accessible within each game's information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing real-money wagers. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all jl5jl titles:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited under PAGCOR's technical standards for online gaming platforms.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game apparatus (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers in supervised studio environments. Results are recorded and reconciled against video footage.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl5jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any Prohibited Person, including individuals under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one jl5jl account;
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or allowing any other person to access your jl5jl account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with jl5jl games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, technical malfunctions, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the security or integrity of the jl5jl Platform or its infrastructure;
• Abusing bonus and promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of fair play as described in Section 6.

9 Responsible Gaming

jl5jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and jl5jl takes seriously its obligation to provide tools and resources that help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jl5jl players through the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; any increase to a limit is subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl5jl Platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video streams, sound effects, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to jl5jl and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from jl5jl.

Third-party game content accessible through the jl5jl Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to separate licences between those providers and jl5jl.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• jl5jl provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• jl5jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• jl5jl shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or network outages on the player's end.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl5jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
• In all cases where jl5jl is found to be liable, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the affected player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

jl5jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account without prior notice in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to any prohibited conduct described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity;
• Any court order or legal process requiring suspension or termination.

Players may voluntarily close their jl5jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment account within ten (10) business days. Players on self-exclusion may not close their account for the purpose of circumventing the exclusion period.

13 Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl5jl arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform:

1. Internal Resolution: You must first contact jl5jl's customer support team and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for jl5jl to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at the internal level, either party may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which has regulatory jurisdiction over jl5jl's operations and provides an administrative dispute resolution mechanism for player complaints.
3. Judicial Proceedings: Any unresolved disputes that proceed to litigation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.

These Terms, together with jl5jl's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl5jl with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jl5jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl5jl will:

• Update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page;
• Provide notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before material changes take effect (except where immediate change is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law);
• Require players to acknowledge and accept the updated Terms upon their next login to the Platform following the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the jl5jl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
