1 Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") is issued by jl5jl (hereinafter "jl5jl", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl5jl.cam. 2 Personal Data We Collect
jl5jl collects the following categories of personal data, depending on the nature of your interaction with the Platform:

- Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine identification document;
- Date of birth (for mandatory 21+ age verification under PAGCOR regulations);
- Residential address in the Philippines;
- Philippine mobile telephone number (primary account identifier and 2FA channel);
- Email address (for account notifications and correspondence).
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data
- Scanned or photographed copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents (passport, driver's licence, UMID, PhilSys national ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID);
- Selfie or liveness verification images submitted for biometric KYC matching;
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) where required by applicable Philippine tax regulations.
2.3 Financial Data
- GCash or PayMaya account reference numbers linked to the jl5jl account for deposit and withdrawal matching;
- Bank account details (account name and last four digits) for bank transfer withdrawal purposes;
- Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment channel references;
- Wagering history including game titles, bet amounts, win/loss outcomes, and session timestamps.
2.4 Technical and Usage Data
- IP address and approximate geographic location at the time of login;

jl5jl does not collect full credit or debit card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiry dates. jl5jl does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act (such as health, race, ethnicity, or religious data) unless specifically required by a regulatory obligation. jl5jl does not collect personal data of individuals below 21 years of age knowingly.
3 How We Collect Personal Data
jl5jl collects personal data through the following channels and mechanisms:
- Direct Submission: Information you provide voluntarily during account registration, KYC document upload, payment setup, customer support contact, or survey participation;
- Automated Technical Collection: Data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including IP addresses, device identifiers, session logs, and browser characteristics via server logs and analytics systems;

5 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, jl5jl processes personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between jl5jl and the Player, including account creation, game access, and financial transaction processing;
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Cybercrime Prevention Act, and all other applicable Philippine laws and regulatory directives;
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and internal analytics, provided such interests do not override the Data Subject's fundamental privacy rights;
- Consent: Processing of personal data for marketing communications and optional profiling activities, where jl5jl has obtained your explicit and freely given consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6 Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
jl5jl does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Personal data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Service Providers: Transaction data is shared with GCash (Mynt / Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), Maya Philippines, Inc., and partner Philippine banks solely for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as directed by jl5jl and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
- KYC and Identity Verification Partners: Identity documents and biometric verification data are transmitted to licensed third-party KYC processing providers under strict data processing agreements. These providers operate in compliance with NPC registration requirements.
- PAGCOR: jl5jl is required to provide player account information, transaction data, and gaming activity records to PAGCOR upon regulatory request as a condition of its operating licence.
- Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC): jl5jl is legally required to disclose transaction data to the AMLC in cases that trigger mandatory reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
- Law Enforcement and Courts: jl5jl will disclose personal data to Philippine law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, or courts when required by a valid legal process, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Game Content Providers: Pseudonymised session and wager data may be shared with licensed game providers for game integrity auditing purposes. No directly identifying data is shared with game providers without legal justification.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets of jl5jl, personal data held by jl5jl may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections and notification to affected Data Subjects.
jl5jl has never sold and will never sell personal data to third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing companies. This commitment is absolute and is not subject to change without direct, explicit, and separate consent from affected Data Subjects.
7 Data Retention
jl5jl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in Section 4, or as required by applicable Philippine law:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with jl5jl;
- KYC and Identity Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations;
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
- Customer Support Logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes;
- Technical and Usage Logs: Server logs and session data retained for twelve (12) months and then deleted or anonymised;
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for three (3) years following opt-out, as evidence of consent management.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised using industry-standard data destruction methods. Where deletion conflicts with an active legal obligation or ongoing dispute, data will be preserved only for the minimum period necessary to satisfy that obligation.
8 Security Measures
jl5jl implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and jl5jl servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher with 256-bit AES encryption;
- Encryption at Rest: Personal data and financial records stored on jl5jl's servers are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption;
- Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to jl5jl personnel with a documented operational need. All internal access is logged, audited, and subject to role-based permission controls;
- Two-Factor Authentication: All jl5jl internal systems handling personal data require multi-factor authentication for staff access;
- Penetration Testing: jl5jl conducts periodic independent security assessments and penetration testing of its Platform infrastructure;
- Incident Response: jl5jl maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to Data Subjects, jl5jl will notify the NPC within 72 hours of confirmed discovery and will notify affected Data Subjects without undue delay, as required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

Lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe jl5jl has violated your data privacy rights.
jl5jl will respond to all data subject rights requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Complex requests may require up to thirty (30) calendar days, in which case jl5jl will notify you of the extended timeline.
10 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
jl5jl uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Session tokens required to maintain your authenticated login state and to process in-session gaming activity. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing access to core Platform features;
- Functional Cookies: Cookies that remember your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and responsible gaming tool configurations;
- Analytics Cookies: First-party analytics cookies that collect anonymised usage data to help jl5jl understand how players navigate the Platform and identify areas for improvement. These cookies do not identify individual users;
- Security Cookies: Cookies used for fraud prevention, bot detection, and login security verification.
jl5jl does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels that share your data with external advertising networks. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair Platform functionality.
11 Protection of Minors
The jl5jl Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. jl5jl does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data belonging to individuals below the age of 21.
All account registrations are subject to mandatory KYC age verification before any real-money gaming activity is permitted. If jl5jl discovers that personal data belonging to a person under 21 years of age has been collected, that data will be immediately and permanently deleted, the associated account will be closed, and any deposits will be refunded to the original payment source.
If you are under 21 years of age, you must not attempt to register for or access the jl5jl Platform. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor may have submitted personal data to jl5jl, please contact the Data Protection Officer immediately at the details provided in Section 14 so that the matter can be resolved without delay.
12 Cross-Border Data Transfers
jl5jl's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be processed or stored by service providers located outside of the Philippines — for example, where internationally accredited KYC verification technology providers or cloud infrastructure providers are used.
Where cross-border transfers occur, jl5jl ensures that:
- The recipient country or organisation provides an adequate level of data protection as assessed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines;
- Contractual safeguards equivalent to Philippine data protection standards are in place through Data Sharing Agreements or standard contractual clauses;
- The transfer is limited to the minimum data necessary for the specific processing purpose;
- The NPC is notified of cross-border processing arrangements as required by applicable NPC circulars.
13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
jl5jl reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or jl5jl's data processing practices. When material changes are made:
- The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated;
- Registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before material changes take effect;
- Where changes require fresh consent (for example, for new marketing processing activities), jl5jl will seek consent through the account dashboard before any such processing commences.
Continued use of the jl5jl Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree with any changes to this Policy, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
14 Contact and Data Protection Officer
jl5jl has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing the Company's compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all related NPC regulations. This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. Players who registered before this date were notified of the updated Policy through their registered contact details. Continued use of jl5jl after the effective date constitutes acceptance of this Policy in its current form.
